Information Collection and Use

• Fabric Connect respects the privacy of our web site visitors and does not automatically gather any personal information such as name, phone number, e-mail or mailing address. This information is obtained if only you supply it voluntarily, usually through contacting us via e-mail/ fax or registering in a secure portion of our web site (membership application form page).
• We use software that automatically receives and records Internet Protocol (IP) address of the computer that has contacted our web site. Fabric Connect makes no attempt to link these IP addresses with the identity of the visitors of our web site.
• Fabric Connect uses information for the following general purposes: to fulfill your requests for services, improve our services, contact you regarding your Fabric Connect account and to generate anonymous statistics reports.
• If you join a Fabric Connect online discussion group, we may ask you to volunteer your personal information such as your name and e-mail address for the purposes of effective administration of the discussion group. In some cases, our groups are limited to members only and cannot be accessed by the general public.

Fabric Connect does not rent, sell or share personal information about you with other people or nonaffiliated companies except to provide services you have requested or when we have your permission.

Fabric Connect does not regularly use “cookies” to track how our visitors use the site. Whenever we enable “cookies” to facilitate your transactions, we will first inform you.

• You can edit your Fabric Connect account information at any time.
• We reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to the Fabric Connect service, such as service announcements, administrative messages and the Fabric Connect Newsletter, that are considered part of your Fabric Connect account, without offering you the opportunity to opt out of receiving them.
• You can request to deactivate your Fabric Connect account at any time by sending an e-mail to seekers@goFabricConnect.com (for fabric seeker account) or suppliers@goFabricConnect.com (for supplier/ service provider account).

We limit access to personal information about you to employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide services to you or in order to do their jobs.

Fabric Connect may update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary e-mail address specified in your Fabric Connect account or by placing a prominent notice on our web site.
